Welcome to Lofoten! We run Aimees Farm, located between Stamsund and Leknes, and we are excited to welcome you for a visit. Tonight's five-course dinner is made from local ingredients, with an optional drink pairing.
During the dinner, we will share the stories of the special producers connected to our farm and restaurant, and you will learn about their work and products. Our network of producers includes the smallest local suppliers, and we guarantee that you will taste local food you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Our own farm products are, of course, included in every dish: Taste our grass-fed Highland cattle, our tasty and nutritious Mangalitsa pork, and "Lofotlam" - lamb from Lofoten with a geographical protected designation. The dinner takes place at Aimees Farm, and you are welcome to join us for a tour to see the free-range Mangalitsa pigs and Highland cattle.
